Cooking salmon patties in the air fryer guarantees crispy, golden brown cakes in less than 10 minutes. This recipe calls for just five ingredients (not counting salt and pepper).
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 5 saltines, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble salmon over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties.
- Arrange patties on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until set and golden brown, 6-8 minutes.
