Ingredients
- 1 bottle white wine (such as sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio)
- 2-1/2 cups apple cider
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, chopped
- 2/3 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
- 1 can (12 ounces) ginger beer, chilled
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large pitcher. Refrigerate, covered, stirring occasionally, about 2 hours. Discard cinnamon sticks. Just before serving, stir in ginger beer.
