This quick and easy oatmeal with blueberries recipe delivers a delicious and nutritious breakfast in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
Directions
- In a small saucepan, bring milk to a boil. Stir in oats and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened, 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Divide between 2 serving bowls; top with blueberries.
