
Ham and Broccoli Quiche

Use up leftover ham with this ham and broccoli quiche for a great meal at any time of day.
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked deep-dish pie crust (9 inches)
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1-1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
Directions
- Line unpricked dough with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack while preparing filling.
- Toss cheeses with flour; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, onion and seasonings. Stir in the ham, broccoli and the cheese mixture. Pour into prepared crust.
- Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
