
Copycat Starbucks Pistachio Latte

I ordered this latte at Starbucks and loved it so much that I had to make my own copycat Starbucks pistachio latte recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons pistachio flavoring syrup
- 3 ounces brewed espresso
Directions
- Place butter in a small heavy saucepan. Melt over medium heat, swirling occasionally until golden brown, 3-4 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and salt until combined; set aside.
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat; whisking occasionally. Once warmed and slightly bubbly, add pistachio syrup. (Optional: use a frother to foam milk.) Pour espresso into a mug. Add butter mixture and top with flavored milk.
