Just blend four ingredients to create a jar of naturally sweet "caramel" that's ready whenever you have a dessert craving. We like to eat date caramel with a spoon straight from the jar, or swirl it into hot oatmeal, use it as a dip for apple slices, or spread it onto pumpkin pancakes. (Come to think of it, maybe you should double the batch!) —Taste of Home Test Kitchen
