What’s better than having hot cocoa on demand? Not much! With this homemade hot cocoa mix, dreams become reality.
Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup baking cocoa
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Sift milk powder, confectioners' sugar and cocoa through a fine mesh sieve into an airtight container; stir in salt. Seal; store in a cool, dry place.
- To prepare, dissolve 5 tablespoons mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir well.
