What’s better than having hot cocoa on demand? Not much! With this homemade hot cocoa mix, dreams become reality.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Sift milk powder, confectioners' sugar and cocoa through a fine mesh sieve into an airtight container; stir in salt. Seal; store in a cool, dry place.
  2. To prepare, dissolve 5 tablespoons mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir well.
