Broccoli salad with mandarin oranges is a vibrant, crisp side dish perfect for potlucks. This easy salad is fresh and flavorful with broccoli florets, raisins, juicy mandarins and toasted pecans in a creamy dressing.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 small red onion, halved and sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
Directions
- Whisk mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; set aside. In a salad bowl, combine broccoli, onion, raisins and pecans. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Gently stir in oranges. Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours before serving.
