Maple Blackberry Mojito

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh or frozen blackberries, thawed
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1/4 cup club soda, chilled
  • 1-1/2 ounces light rum
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a glass, muddle the blackberries and mint with maple syrup. Squeeze lime wedge into the glass. Stir in club soda and rum. Strain into a chilled glass; serve with ice.
