Every bite of this old-fashioned million-dollar pie is sweet, creamy and satisfying. And did we mention it's incredibly easy?
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted and divided
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
- 2 graham cracker crusts (9 inches)
- Maraschino cherries
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat milk and lemon juice until blended. Stir in pineapple, 3/4 cup coconut and 3/4 cup pecans; fold in whipped topping. Pour into crusts. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup coconut and 1/4 cup pecans before serving. If desired, top with additional whipped topping and garnish with cherries.
