No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

This no-bake chocolate cheesecake recipe is just as rich and decadent as regular cheesecake—without even turning on the oven.

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (about 15 whole crackers)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • FILLING:
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • TOPPING:
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Chocolate curls

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom and 2-in. up side of a greased 9-in. springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa until smooth. Beat in melted chocolate chips and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into crust.
  3. Spread whipped topping over filling. Refrigerate, covered, 8 hours or overnight. Remove side of pan. Garnish with chocolate curls.
