This no-bake chocolate cheesecake recipe is just as rich and decadent as regular cheesecake—without even turning on the oven.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (about 15 whole crackers)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- FILLING:
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- TOPPING:
- 2 cups whipped topping
- Chocolate curls
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom and 2-in. up side of a greased 9-in. springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa until smooth. Beat in melted chocolate chips and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into crust.
- Spread whipped topping over filling. Refrigerate, covered, 8 hours or overnight. Remove side of pan. Garnish with chocolate curls.
