This 20 minute Parmesan pasta recipe combines freshly grated cheese with aromatic herbs and garlic.
Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoons minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a small saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
