Pisco Sour

Made with South American brandy, the pisco sour has a silky texture and tart, earthy flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pisco
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce pasteurized liquid egg white
  • 2-3 drops Angostura bitters

Directions

  1. Fill a shaker with the first 4 ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously until foamy. Add ice. Cover and shake again until well chilled. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with 2-3 drops bitters.
