  • Chocolate Crunch Patties: Substitute 4 cups butterscotch chips and 2 cups milk chocolate chips for the white chocolate. Substitute 3 cups dry roasted peanuts for pecans. Proceed as directed.     Yield about 3 dozen

    Ingredients

    • 9 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
    • 2 cups coarsely crushed ridged potato chips
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Directions

    1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate. Stir in potato chips and pecans. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set.
