Pumpkin Martini

If you like pumpkin pie, you'll love sipping on a pumpkin martini. This dessert drink is sweet and mildly spiced, just like your go-to pumpkin latte, plus vodka!

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 ounce half-and-half cream
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash pumpkin pie spice
  • Optional: Maple syrup and graham cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. If desired, coat rim of martini glass with maple syrup and dip in graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Fill a shaker half full with ice. Add vodka, pumpkin, cream, simple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Strain into glass.
