Roasted Rosemary Potatoes with Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes (about 2 pounds), peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 40-45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
