Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 turkey (13 to 15 pounds)

  2. Bake, uncovered, 2-3/4 to 3-1/4 hours or until a thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh reads 170°-175°. Cover loosely with foil if turkey browns too quickly. Cover and let stand 20 minutes before carving.
