Whipped coffee is the perfect sweet and caffeinated treat to enjoy anytime you need a pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup whole milk
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine sugar, coffee granules and hot water. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat until light brown and soft peaks form, 2-5 minutes. To serve, pour milk into glass; top with coffee mixture. Stir to combine.
